Train

Most AI training is a slideshow about what AI might do someday. This is your team, at their own desks, on their own work, getting one real thing done before the session ends.

This is probably you if

  • Half your team is quietly using AI already and nobody has agreed on how
  • The other half thinks it is either magic or a threat, and both are wrong
  • You paid for licences and you cannot tell whether anyone opens them
  • You want people who can keep figuring it out after I leave

What you get

A session on your actual work

I ask for real examples beforehand, the messy ones. We work through those, not a made up scenario about a fictional company.

Where it goes wrong

Where these tools quietly make things up, what should never be pasted into them, and how to check output you are about to put your name on. This is the part most training skips.

Something written down

A short internal guide in your own words, so the person who joins in March is not starting from nothing.

A follow up

A session a few weeks later, once people have hit real problems and have real questions. That one is usually the useful one.

Where I have done this

Real systems, not scenarios. Open them if you like.

LocumHQ

Client work

Doctors looking for short-term work and clinics looking to fill shifts, matched automatically instead of by phone tag. Clinics post, the site scores who fits, and the right doctors get emailed overnight.

Always-on assistant

My own product

An assistant living on a server instead of a laptop. It answers over Telegram, runs jobs on a schedule overnight, and keeps working when every machine in the house is off. This is the thing most people mean when they say AI agent and have never actually seen.

What it costs

From $2K for a half day with up to a dozen people. A three session programme with the follow up runs around $6K. If I built the thing I am training you on, training is folded into the build price.

Want your team using this properly?

A call costs you half an hour. If I am not the right person for it, I will say so and point you somewhere better.
