Example: build9's operations agentAn agent that runs on a private server. It takes requests by message, runs scheduled jobs overnight, and keeps working when nobody is at a computer. The same pattern fits overnight reporting, monitoring, inbox triage and research.

How it usually goes
I like a process, and I keep it plain. What matters is that you know the shape of the thing before anyone starts building.
Look at what you actually do
We walk through a normal week and find the parts that eat your time. Usually an afternoon, and it is free.
Agree on one thing to build
We pick the smallest useful thing. You get the scope and the timeline before I start.
Build it into your setup
Real data, your real systems. You use it while I am still around to fix what I got wrong.
Hand it over
Your team learns to run it and change it. I would rather you did not need me every month.
